Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using this ChatBot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (ToS) set forth by Økonomi & Personale. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you are not permitted to use this ChatBot in any manner or form. Your continued use of the ChatBot constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Description of Service
This platform, provided by Økonomi & Personale, collects and summarizes legal documents and information from a wide range of reliable Danish sources, including the National Tax Tribunal, the Appeals Board, the Court Database, the Maritime and Commercial Court, the Labor Court, the Insurance Complaints Board, the Tax Council, the Rent Assessment Committee, the Danish Appeals Boards Authority, the Prosecution Service's Knowledge Base, and the European Court of Justice. Utilizing advanced AI algorithms and natural language processing, the platform generates short, precise, and easily understandable summaries of legislative proposals, court rulings, and decisions. Additionally, the platform offers an AI-driven chatbot capable of answering users' questions based on the comprehensive database of Danish legislation, administrative regulations, and legislative remarks. The platform aims to provide users with easy access to legal information and help them closely follow the legislative process.
Disclaimer of Warranty
This ChatBot is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Økonomi & Personale makes no warranty or representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided by this ChatBot. Use of this service is at your own risk, and Økonomi & Personale shall not be held responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided by the ChatBot.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Økonomi & Personale be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this ChatBot, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Økonomi & Personale harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the ChatBot or your violation of these ToS.
Acceptable Use and User Conduct
You are solely responsible for your behavior and conduct while using this ChatBot. You agree to use the ChatBot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not misuse, abuse, or spam the system, nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the ChatBot. Failure to comply with these terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the service and may also result in legal action.
Intellectual Property Rights and Confidentiality
All algorithms, methods, databases, and proprietary data used by this ChatBot are the exclusive intellectual property of Økonomi & Personale and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of any part of this ChatBot, including but not limited to reverse engineering, decompiling, or creating derivative works, is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through the use of the ChatBot.
Modifications and Updates
Økonomi & Personale reserves the right to modify, change, or replace these ToS at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these terms will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the ChatBot after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check for updates to these ToS. Økonomi & Personale also reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the ChatBot or any part thereof at any time without notice.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Økonomi & Personale is registered, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration authority in the aforementioned jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Økonomi & Personale reserves the right to seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
Limitations on Use of AI Chat Function
The use of the AI Chat function is subject to certain limitations based on your user status. A general limit of 20 messages per 6 hours is applied. This limit is indicative and may vary depending on load and demand. It is not possible to purchase a higher limit. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to ensure optimal performance and service quality for all users.
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing any design services, communication channels, or materials provided, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by all the provisions, terms, and conditions set forth.
