InnoTrans 2026: The railway sector's main international event
InnoTrans 2026, the railway sector's main international event, is just around the corner. EU-Rail will participate at a joint stand with the European Commission (DG MOVE and DG INTPA) and the European Union Agency for Railways (ERA). The event offers an opportunity to meet stakeholders across the European rail ecosystem and discuss the sector's future.
ERTMS Deployment: Side Event at Connecting Europe Days
As part of Connecting Europe Days, taking place from 28 September to 1 October 2026 in Brussels, EU-Rail is organising the side event "ERTMS Deal – Kick-starting ERTMS Deployment in Europe", aiming to kick-start the rollout of the European Rail Traffic Management System across the continent.
The ERTMS deployment is a central element of the EU's strategy to create a coherent and efficient European rail network.

EU-Rail is calling on stakeholders from across the rail ecosystem — including industry, research, academia, and public authorities — to submit contributions and share their perspectives.
